FIIXCOM

Privacy Policy

What do we do with your information?

1. The term “personal information” as used here is defined as any information that identifies or could be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom the information belongs. The personal information we collect will be subject to this privacy policy, and will be modified from time to time.

2. When you register with FIIXCOM, we ask for your email address.

3. FIIXCOM uses the information we collect for the following general purposes: provision of products and services, billing, identification and authentication, service improvement, contacts, and research.

4. As part of FIIXCOM's buying and selling process, you will obtain your customers' email address and/or shipping address. By entering our User Agreement, you agree that, with respect to other users, the personal information you obtain through FIIXCOM or through FIIXCOM-related communications or facilitated transactions grants you a license to use that information solely for FIIXCOM-related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages. FIIXCOM does not tolerate spam. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, you are not licensed to add the name of someone who has purchased a product to your mailing list (electronic or physical) without their consent.

WHAT THIS MEANS

When you register, you provide personal information, which we collect and use. For the payment process, we also verify your credit card information. We only use your FIIXCOM customer information for FIIXCOM-related communications, unless you give us permission to do otherwise. Do not spam anyone.

Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you provide sensitive information, such as your credit card number in our registration form, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. Credit card details are stored and encrypted using AES-256 encryption. As a compliant Level 1 PCI-DSS service provider, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and additional measures generally accepted by industry standards to protect the personal information provided to us, both during transmission and when we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or any method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you have any questions about the security of our website, you can email us at joelhernandez@fiixcom.com.

WHAT THIS MEANS

We will encrypt your credit card information and any other sensitive data according to industry standards. As things often go, we cannot guarantee 100% security of your information. If you have any questions, send us an email at joelhernandez@fiixcom.com.

Disclosure

1. FIIXCOM may use third parties as service providers to provide certain services to you, with whom we may share certain personal information. As a requirement, we ask any company with which we share personal information to protect that information in a manner consistent with their policy and to limit its use in providing services for FIIXCOM.

2. FIIXCOM may disclose personal information under certain circumstances, such as to comply with court orders that require the release of such information or when your actions violate the terms of service.

3. We do not sell or provide personal information to other companies for the marketing of their own products and services.

WHAT THIS MEANS

Under certain circumstances, we may disclose your personal information, such as in court orders.

Customer Information Storage

FIIXCOM owns the storage of the information, the databases, and all rights to FIIXCOM's application. However, we do not claim any rights over your information. All rights to your information belong to you, and we will never contact your customers directly or use your information for any advantage in our business or to compete with you or target your customer base.

WHAT THIS MEANS

Your information belongs to you, and we respect that. We will not try to compete with you or contact your customers.

Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of information, which may include an anonymous and unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer's hard drive. Every computer that accesses our website is assigned a different cookie.

Google Remarketing and Analytics

We use a service provided by Google called Google Analytics (GA). GA allows us to reach people who have previously visited our site and show them relevant ads when they visit another site on the Internet within the Google Display Network. This is often called remarketing. Cookies are used to track your website session, to serve personalized ads from Google and other third parties. When you visit this website, you may see ads placed on the site by Google or another third party. Through first and third-party cookies, these third parties may collect information about you while you visit their website and other sites. They may use that information to show you ads on this website and across the Internet based on your previous visits to this website and others on the Internet. We do not collect this information or control the content of the ads you see.

Opt Out

You may be able to opt out of personalized ads on the Google Display Network by visiting the ad preferences manager (http://www.google.com/ads/preferences/), and the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (http://www.google.ca/ads/preferences/plugin/). Your use of this website without opting out signifies that you understand and agree to the collection of information and that it provides you with remarketing ads using GA and third-party cookies based on your previous visits to this website and elsewhere on the Internet.

WHAT THIS MEANS

To electronically identify you, a cookie will be stored on your computer. We have a remarketing tool that allows us to note your visits to our website and, in turn, show you relevant ads on our website and across the Internet. You can always opt out.

PCI-DSS

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), or the information security standard for the payment card industry, is a set of security requirements managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of payment brands including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by merchants and service providers.

WHAT THIS MEANS

We will use industry security standards, the same ones used by major credit card companies, to help you maintain a secure FIIXCOM account.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make any changes to this policy, we will notify you here or on our website so that you are aware of the information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we choose to disclose it.

WHAT THIS MEANS

We may change this Privacy Statement. If it is a significant change, we will inform you right here.
