2. When you register with FIIXCOM, we ask for your email address.

4. As part of FIIXCOM's buying and selling process, you will obtain your customers' email address and/or shipping address. By entering our User Agreement, you agree that, with respect to other users, the personal information you obtain through FIIXCOM or through FIIXCOM-related communications or facilitated transactions grants you a license to use that information solely for FIIXCOM-related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages. FIIXCOM does not tolerate spam. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, you are not licensed to add the name of someone who has purchased a product to your mailing list (electronic or physical) without their consent.

When you register, you provide personal information, which we collect and use. For the payment process, we also verify your credit card information. We only use your FIIXCOM customer information for FIIXCOM-related communications, unless you give us permission to do otherwise. Do not spam anyone.

When you provide sensitive information, such as your credit card number in our registration form, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. Credit card details are stored and encrypted using AES-256 encryption. As a compliant Level 1 PCI-DSS service provider, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and additional measures generally accepted by industry standards to protect the personal information provided to us, both during transmission and when we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or any method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
